We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items must be returned before December 25th to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your outdoor decorations weather-resistant?
Our outdoor range is specifically designed to withstand UK winter conditions. However, we recommend securing inflatables during high winds and ensuring plugs are kept in a weatherproof dry box.
